Below are the key roles involved:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>Test Site Coordinator (TSC)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Manages test site approval, setup, scheduling, and personnel assignments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oversees equipment, test courses, and exam logistics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training: Online course and assessment required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Test Administration Coordinator (TAC)<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prepares the test area and ensures compliance with exam security and PPE requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Remains on-site during testing and coordinates with Proctors and CCO staff.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training: Online course and assessment required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Proctors<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>EOT Proctor<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Launches and monitors online exams, verifies candidate IDs, and enforces test security.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Training: Four-hour virtual training and assessment required.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Practical Exam Proctor (PEP)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: Administers hands-on testing, upholds test integrity, and trains Assistant Proctors.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prerequisite: Must hold certification in the area they wish to proctor.
